One small step at a time can lead to a profound journey of transformation. If you would like to be the best version of yourself, I would love to help you discover a whole new level of wellbeing.
I work on a 1:1 basis with a broad spectrum of clients with various health conditions including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), low energy (including poor sleep and chronic fatigue syndrome), sex hormone imbalances, weight gain, food intolerance and food allergy, mood problems, high stress and anxiety.
I also love teaching people how to prepare delicious, nutritious food via my Wellness Kitchen workshops, which grew out of my desire to share the transformative power of food with others. These workshops are featured on this website when dates are scheduled.
Food has other powerful roles to play too – connecting people socially; promoting tolerance; and ultimately creating a more cohesive society.
Food production also has a considerable environmental impact. Intensively farmed food drives high carbon emissions. Making different choices as consumers will have positive implications for our planet, people and other species. The Wellness Kitchen aims to support people in switching to organic food, eating more seasonally, shopping small and buying local wherever possible.
I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2006 and gained my Natural Chef Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I have a first degree in education, a master’s degree, and previously had a 20 year career in NHS management, research and consultancy.
