Terms and Conditions
If you would like to cancel an event booking, you must do so at least 48 hours before the start time of that event. You will be entitled to a full refund, less the transaction fee we are charged by our payment platform.
We are unable to refund bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before an event begins. However, you may choose to instead transfer your booking to an alternate event.
Customers who fail to attend an event for which they have booked and paid (‘no shows’) will not be eligible for any refund.
