EVENTS
The Wellness Kitchen
I originally trained as a teacher, and it is in my Wellness Kitchen workshops that I share my love of teaching others about the incredible power of food; showing groups how to prepare particular foods and drinks to support their health and happiness.
From my kitchen to yours – demonstrating the ‘how tos’ of delicious and nutritious food preparation with organic ingredients, and sharing food together, with the many benefits that come with connecting over food.

What participants say
“There are not enough superlatives… superb, professional, while not losing a friendly feel. Tracy’s expertise comes across and she encourages a relaxed atmosphere where questions can be asked.”
“I absolutely loved the demonstrations, it gave me confidence to try things. I went home and brought ingredients to try the ginger drink and apple dish.”
“Tracy’s strength makes one feel safe and reassured, almost like we can tackle anything life throws at us, with what nourishment we feed our bodies. I was honestly beaming afterwards!”
“Tracy puts people at ease - understanding where people are at (e.g. busy lives, using supermarkets), but then makes suggestions of where to source better products with a wider message, do your best, try and buy organic etc.”
