I originally trained as a teacher, and it is in my Wellness Kitchen workshops that I share my love of teaching others about the incredible power of food; showing groups how to prepare particular foods and drinks to support their health and happiness.

From my kitchen to yours – demonstrating the ‘how tos’ of delicious and nutritious food preparation with organic ingredients, and sharing food together, with the many benefits that come with connecting over food.
